My family and I was in our house eating a fantastic thanksgiving dinner when we heard a loud crash come from outside our home. We all ran to see what was going on. A car was barreling around the corner and hit our brand new car. I called to make an auto insurance claim but because the driver of the other vehicle took off we were stuck paying the deductible as well. I didn’t see how this was fair since we were the one who were in the right.
