I just found out I was going to have my first baby. I went to the doctor for my first check up and he prescribed me some prenatal vitamins. This being my first baby I asked what the importance of these where. He told me that my baby is going to take all the nutrition it need from me and in order to give that to the baby I needed to make sure I was healthy. He explained it to me o well I had no worries and knew my baby was in good hands.
