The first time I seen a paella pan was when I married my wife. Her Step Father was of Mediterranean decent and he always made his specialty foods with these specialty pans. I used the pan a few times and just fell in love with it and now I have one for myself. I want to get myself a whole et and maybe a nice copper one.
