I have done quite a bit of research on the alli diet program lately because I am looking for some kind of help with my diet. I have been doing the whole exercise thing, but it seems like it is not going fast enough for my taste. I need to see results quick or else I get discouraged and I end up quitting my diets. I want to give this Alli system a try though because it has gotten great reviews everywhere that I have looked.
