Five major motion picture studios, 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney, Paramount Pictures, Columbia Pictures and Universal Studios, are not going to take illegal downloading of their movies lying down. They are suing a Chinese cybercafe and website in Shanghai for helping people download movies like Pirates of the Caribbean, Night at the Museum, and X-Men 2. The amount they are suing for is around $432,000. I’m sure they are hoping this will be a deterrent to other people who look to pirate movies.
